OtterSelf provides self-reflection questionnaires and personalised written reports. The questionnaires are designed to surface patterns in how you think, feel, and behave — for personal insight only. The service is operated by Kopec InnoTech s.r.o., Grafická 3365/1, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic (Company ID: 21847126), registered at Městský soud v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 407382.
2. Not a clinical tool
The tests and reports provided by OtterSelf are for personal reflection and self-discovery only. They are not clinical assessments, psychological diagnoses, or substitutes for professional medical or psychological advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on your results. If you have concerns about your mental health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service and purchase a report. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Merchant of Record
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), acting as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the legal seller on your invoice and receipt, and is responsible for collecting payment and remitting applicable taxes (including VAT). When you complete a purchase, you are entering into a transaction with Paddle, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Kopec InnoTech s.r.o. remains responsible for delivering your report and all questions about the content of the service.
5. Payment and delivery
Reports are priced as shown at the time of purchase. Payment is handled securely by Paddle; we do not receive or store your card details. Your personalised report will be delivered to the email address you provided within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation. If you have not received your report within that time, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@otterself.com.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Our refund policy is set out in the Refund Policy. Refund requests are processed by Paddle on our behalf. EU/EEA consumers retain their statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Intellectual property
All content produced by OtterSelf — including questionnaire items, report text, and generated reports — is the intellectual property of Kopec InnoTech s.r.o. Your report is licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, republish, or distribute report content without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
OtterSelf is not liable for any decisions made, or outcomes resulting from, reliance on test results or report content. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
